TASM: Aftermath Chapter FourteenPREVIOUSLY, ON AFTERMATH:
"So what's the name, buttface?"
"I call myself Tombstone, but you can call me whatever you want, since it's the last name you'll ever call!"
He planted a solid kick to the side of Tombstone's ugly face, then another punch to the gut through a thick layer of webbing.
Peter placed his foot on his chest, and looked down at him. "So, what is it that you wanted from me?"
"Revenge," Tombstone roared, breaking free of the webbing and grabbing Peter's ankle.
Peter managed another half-hearted webbing to the pale blue face before he was swung into a metal beam. His head, still tender from the last beating this man had given him, hit the dirty snow. The impact wasn't bad, but it still made him dizzy. As a consequence, he could not possibly have gotten up, and Tombstone's hold on his leg was allowed to continue.

TASM: Aftermath Chapter 13"Oh Lord, Peter, did you buy the entire store?" Aunt May asked with a gasp.
Peter beamed at his Aunt and Uncle as he walked by with many plastic bags full of tidings of comfort and joy. "I have no more money," he announced.
Uncle Adam scoffed. "I can imagine so."
"How many people did you buy presents for?" Aunt May called after him.
"You and Uncle Adam," he called back. It wasn't a lie, he just didn't include the rest of the truth.
With his door securely shut from prying eyes, Peter let his treasures tumble to the floor. One by one, he dumped the bags onto his bed and sorted the presents. There were three piles; one with stuff for Aunt May, one for stuff for Uncle Adam, and one pile for Gwen's present.
Peter ran a hand through his hair, which stood on end more than normally that particular day. Christmas shopping on the eve of the holiday, especially when you had no more than four hours of sleep the night before, is not recommendable.

TASM: Aftermath Chapter TwelvePeter rubbed his hands over his face, trying to wake himself up a little more.
3:44, the clock read. Uncle Adam and Aunt May had gone to bed long ago, and as far as they knew, so had he. He was in his bed, technically, just playing on his laptop instead of sleeping.
Suddenly, his brain was screaming at him and his body tingled.
THIS IS YOUR SPIDEY-SENSE! HEY DUNDERHEAD, SOMETHING IS WRONG! it said.
He scrambled to mute his laptop just in time for a pop up message to show itself, alerting him of an email. Apparently a noise worthy of his Spidey-sense would have come with it.
Peter's eyes lit up when he saw the sender of the email. "I have one message from Tony Stark," he said to himself smoothly. He felt like the coolest kid on earth.

Going Down with YouGwen ran her hand over the not bloodied part of Peter's chest and sighed. The scars from nearly a year ago were still there, and quite visible as well. She smiled at him lightly when he put a hand over hers. That, too, was bloodied.
"You have to stop letting people beat you up. For God's sake, Peter, you're Spider-Man." She placed a kiss on his cheek, and picked her washrag up again.
Peter laughed. "You tell that to the guys that keep beating me up." His speech was still slightly slurred from the mixture of pepper-spray induced numbness and trying to choke on his own blood just an hour earlier.
Gwen pulled out the bandages and a roll of medical tape and began covering the deep cut a knife had left across his chest. Gwen comforted herself by remembering some of the worse injuries he'd suffered, and that soon, this would just be another scar.

Peter had been out of school that day, she heard rumors, started by his neighbor Mary Jane Watson, that an ambulance had been at the house that morning. Gwen had immediately called his cell, and met great relief when he picked it up. He apparently had gotten into a scuffle bad enough to put him (and two Avengers) out of commission for a couple days. His Aunt May hadn't allowed him enough time on the phone to tell her what exactly had happened, but she got the gist.
She knew her Peter though, he wouldn't be down for long, and considering the day, he physically would not be able to resist coming to see her.
A little smile played across her lips. She couldn't be prouder of anybody but him. He saved hundreds of lives all the time, then managed to make room for his relationship. That was nothing short of respectable.
There was the quietest of thuds outside her window, and the little smile on Gwen's lips turned into a childish grin.

Ahem.

You can hardly see in this lighting, but there are red stripes underneath the tan ones, and this is supposed to look like 11's jacket. There's little red suspenders along with a bowtie (because bowties are cool). On the heel, in Sonic-green lettering, is, "Trust me, I'm the Doctor"

The shoe was originally a few shades darker than Tardis blue, and has been painted with two layers of acyrilic-turned-fabic-paint. The paint is durable and won't chip, fade, or rub off. (except on the shoelacey thingies).

A pair of these shoes (you can see them together here [link]) would cost you only forty (40) dollars! If you would like, I can replace the bowtie with a necktie, for a tenth Doctor version. If you would like a pair, please note me, at least until my etsy shop is up-and-running.
